EcoDataLab Terms of Service (effective January 1, 2023)
EcoDataLab (“EcoDataLab,” “we,” or “us”) provides online services (the “EcoDataLab services”), under the following terms:
1. General
By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service, which may be found at www.ecodatalab.com/tos, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with these terms, you must cease use of the EcoDataLab website.

The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable intellectual property law, including copyright and trademark. Permission is granted to temporarily download a copy of the materials (information or software) constituting the EcoDataLab services for transitory viewing only. For instance, the materials appearing on EcoDataLab's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

EcoDataLab has not reviewed all of the sites linked from its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by EcoDataLab of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
6. Modifications to these Terms
EcoDataLab may revise these terms of service for its website at any time, at its discretion, without notice. Changes to these terms of service will be effective as of the date noted on the terms of service.
